An Idea Pin is several pages in one post: a clip, a still, another clip. The app plays them as a story. It does not give you a folder. If you need the pages offline, save them one by one from the public Pin.
Copy the story, not the board
Open the Idea Pin until the pages start. Tap Share and copy the link. It is still a normal Pin URL, with /pin/ and a number, or a pin.it short link. Pasting the board the story was saved to will not list the pages.
What you get back
PinSaver reads the public story and lists each page it can find. Video pages are MP4 files, with the best resolution that page offers. Image pages are pictures, preferring the original upload. The grid follows the creator’s order, so page one is the first card.
Download all
Use Download all to start the files one after another. Your browser’s download list is the bundle. There is no zip, because a zip would mean storing the pages on the server, and PinSaver does not keep the files. On a phone, allow the series of downloads if the browser asks. On iPhone they land in Safari’s Downloads, the same as a single video. The iPhone guide covers moving them into Photos.
A missing page
Only pages that the public Pin actually exposes are listed. A private page, or a page that failed to load for logged-out visitors, will not appear. That is a limit of reading the public page, not a setting you can switch.
The dedicated page for this is the Idea Pin downloader. A carousel of still photos is a different layout and is handled as separate images on the image downloader.
